I have seen people act humble, yet shout disrespectfully at their team in the office.
I have seen people show respect at the dinner table, yet speak rudely to the waiter.
I have seen people touch elders’ feet for blessings, yet speak ill of them behind their backs.
I have seen the “oh, he is so humble” man treat his wife terribly at home.
People wear masks.
Accept this truth.
True humility is when your behaviour in private matches your behaviour in public.
True humility is when:
What you say,
What you do,
And who you are inside
Are one.
